This is a little crazy, but it’s pretty typical of me. I have no idea how this thing works, so hopefully I will figure it out while I break it. Then, once it’s broken, I’ll try to put it back together again. Or I’ll get bored and move on to something else. Sorry for that!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vale and I will be leaving on a 2+ month trip of the US on Monday. I thought it would be fun to write a little travel blog to complement her Instagram account, so I have now (officially) dusted off this old WordPress account and am making a 2nd post. Wow, 2 posts in 7 years. Off to a great start!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The first post was done shortly after leaving a job in Boston and embarking on a 2nd adventure in the world of Cruise Ships. I had high hopes to write a travel blog then, but it just didn’t happen. Too many things happening at the same time and I didn’t keep track of the blog. Again, typical me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But – on a positive note – that little adventure brought me an amazing wife and ended in us living in Miami for 4 years. Not too bad! It also brought many good times and good friends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enough rambling. Now I have to get to work on this WordPress thing. How do I add some color? How do I make it look like something other than black text on a white background? If only I knew someone creative. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
